This afternoon the kids and I headed out for our afternoon walk down the drive way. I had my camera in hand and was on a mission to hunt for morel mushrooms. We walked 1 mile with no luck saw lots of interesting things along the way but not morels... We got back to camp and one of our younger customers caught a turtle. We took more pictures and watched the turtle swim away. I checked one more morel spot and JACKPOT we found the morels. Guess I did not need to go so far from home (Wink to you Scotty) It was a good day. When Chad came back from guiding he was happy to see I found them this year and his fishing report was "We Nailed Them." He had a good day too!
